I made this card for my grandma. (embarrasingly, this is the only valentine card I made this year......) Ever since we used this stamp set, Voila, in my last stamp camp I wanted to pile up something else on his chef platter....I pulled out my Loads of Love set and accessory set...the hearts, perfect!
My grandma was a cook for years before retiring...so I thought I would give it to her.
What do you think?
(notice the tray sticking out from the main image panel...)
Here is a close up of the watercoloring...done with reinkers and my aquapainter, of course. lol! It really does look better, in real life...I could not get the lighting to agree with me and the flash made it look too washed out.....sorry
recipe:
stamps: voila, loads of love, circle of friendship, dotted background
cardstock: purely pomegranate, pretty in pink, basic grey, water color paper
ink: purely pomegranate, pretty in pink, regal rose, basic grey, black staz on
accessories: 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" circle punches, scallop circle punch, aquapainters, stampin' sponges
