In honor of Earth Day, I decided that I would use retired goodies instead of letting them sit. I have a tendency to do that.....I buy a ton of accessories...cause I luv 'em, right?.....and then once they retire, I look at them as unwanted step children! How could I do that to my stash???? One button should not feel any less worthy just because it can't be bought anymore....as a matter of fact, it is a hotter commodity, right??? Just ask the delinquents that spend several hundred thousands of dollars on a mustang that they could have bought for a few thousand when it was first produced at the Barrett Jackson auction. Does you hubbies watch that program??? Mine does on occasion...but seriously people......come on!!
Anyway....got a little off track there, huh? One might say I have issues......well, more than one! lol!!!
Here is my card for the day....the designer series paper is retired, the eyelets are retired, the button is retired....but the kiwi kiss, chocolate chip and whisper white card stock are current.....and trendy trees....does it get any more current than that!?!??!?!?! LOL!!!
I will be sending this out to a friend that lives in the DC area....I haven't talked to her in a while and I decided not to just drop in with an email......I want to start getting more personal by sending my hand made cards.
